Ann Mishler is a native of Wisconsin, where she received a Bachelor's degree in piano performance from Lawrence University Conservatory of Music and Master's degree in piano performance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She taught piano, theory and early childhood music classes at the Wausau Conservatory of Music for six years before moving to Bismarck in 1990. For the past 17 years she has had a private piano studio in her home, where she teaches students of all ages and levels. She has been a soloist with the Bismarck-Mandan Symphony several times and has been active as a chamber musician and accompanist throughout the area. Ann is a long time member of Bismarck-Mandan Music Teachers' Association and currently serves as treasurer for that organization. She has also been active in Thursday Music Club and Sleepy Hollow Summer Theatre. |
